Next Generation Leadership Institute

The Next Generation Leadership Insitute is a paid two-year fellowship that serves as a formal pipeline for training young Black women, of all identities, from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) to become Reproductive Justice leaders. The Next Generation Leadership Institute trains young people in Reproductive Justice, advocacy, leadership skill building, strategic communications, effective organizing, and the public policy process.

Asia Brown
Asia Brown

Asia Brown is a rising Sophomore at Spelman College majoring in Comparative Women’s Studies with a concentration in women’s health. Fun Fact: Asia took ballet for 10 years!

Nina Clinton

Nina is a Junior studying Mass Communications. Fun Fact: Nina directed her first play “Almost, Maine” at the age of 17.

Jennita Davis

Jennita is a Senior Interdisciplinary Studies concentrating in Bioethics at Howard University. Fun Fact: She attended performing arts school from 6th-12th grade.

Tyra Gravesande

Tyra Gravesande is a rising Junior studying Comparative Women’s Studies at Spelman College. Fun Fact: Tyra loves to shop!

Madison Harris

Madison Harris is a sophomore at Howard University studying Television and Film in the Cathy Hughes School of Communications with a minor in Political Science. Fun Fact: Madison is a photographer.

Khaelyn Jackson

Khaelyn Jackson is a Junior at Dillard University studying Business Administration. Fun Fact: Khaelyn wants to explore the world and travel outside of the United States.

Chanice Lee

Chanice Lee is a rising Freshman studying Sociology at Howard University. Fun Fact: Chanice loves to bake.

Shalae Matthews

Shalae Matthews is currently a Sophomore student studying Health Science at Lincoln University and plans to minor in Mass Communication. Fun Fact: Shalae loves to sing.

Bailey Roberts

Bailey Roberts is a current Junior studying Political Science major and Public Health minor at Spelman College. Fun Fact: Bailey is a Steelers fan.

Amaya Ronczyk

Amaya Ronczyk is a Junior studying Urban Studies and Public Policy at Dillard University. Fun Fact: Amaya loves to draw and paint.

Kalaya Sibley

Kalaya Sibley is a Sophomore studying Mass Communications at Dillard University. Fun Fact: Kalaya enjoys interior design and revisioning spaces.

Amber Wynne

Amber Wynne is a Junior Nursing major and Criminal Justice minor attending Hampton University. Fun Fact: Amber founded “So We All Can Play.” This project donates soccer balls and school supplies to students in Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
