How incredible was brunch?

From all of us at In Our Own Voice, thank you for joining us at Martha’s Vineyard for our 2024 Building Reproductive Justice Power Brunch. It was a truly energizing moment for our movement — one built on community, conversation, and our shared commitment to a more just future.

We were honored to be joined by Representatives Robin Kelly and Nikema Williams for a forward-looking conversation moderated by Tiffany D. Cross. Together, we explored what could be — the possibility of a Black woman president, the policies we can shape when we organize with intention, and the power we already hold to change the systems around us.

L–R: Rep. Jahana Hayes, Rep. Robin Kelly, Tiffany Cross, Rep. Nikema Williams, Regina Davis Moss, Rep. Lucy McBath, and Board Chair Kim Kendrick ome together for a powerful conversation about political possibility, Black women’s leadership, and the future we are shaping together.

The energy in that room was undeniable. Many of us left feeling the same thing: a fire in our bellies and an unwavering confidence in the momentum of the Reproductive Justice movement.

If you felt that spark too, we invite you to act on it.

This year alone, we’ve accomplished so much together:

  • Released national and state-level polling with our partners
  • Inducted the most diverse Next Generation Leadership Institute cohort to date
  • Expanded our cultural, narrative, and policy work across communities
